[Monitoring] At approximately 2:11pm Eastern, we received reports of sites being inaccessible with 503 Service Unavailable errors. As of 2:35pm Eastern, the issue was resolved, and sites are now accessible and stable. The root cause is still under investigation.

[Identified] A solution has been deployed to address the intermittent errors that were preventing some of your members from submitting contact forms and registering for events. We’re continuing to work on resolving the remaining intermittent issues related to custom form submissions and will notify you once the fix is in place.

[Monitoring] A security update designed to prevent bot activity had inadvertently also blocked certain legitimate admin actions, causing the admin user to receive a "block" error. The root cause has been identified and a fix has been deployed, and we are no longer seeing issues related to this cause. Note that this issue only affected admin users. Member- and public-facing functionality is operating normally. We are monitoring system performance closely to ensure no remaining underlying issues.

[Monitoring] As of 11:30am Eastern Time, errors have decreased significantly. The issues on the payment and invoice pages were caused by increased security restrictions introduced yesterday to protect against high-volume credit card testing. These security settings have been optimized to allow legitimate activity to continue. Intermittent errors on other pages have also reduced, and we are continuing to investigate the root cause. We are closely monitoring the situation and appreciate your patience as we work toward a full resolution.
